Chandu Naidu is a Business entrepreneur and a film producer. He was born in a beautiful city of Vellore in Tamil Nadu, but his work place is Mumbai. He has the passion of music and art from school college days.
He started his work for a large investment firm and continued taking on new challenges. He defined himself into Business entrepreneur. His aim is to be a B-Tycoon and Film Maker, to make sensible cinema and want a hammer hit on social evils through movies with a very fruitful entertain way. He says “I hope, I will give the audience a new perception to watch Hindi movies. Definitely I will hit the target and will achieve the goal. My life is limited to film making and a business entrepreneur. I love to learn new things, expanding my horizon of knowledge in every aspect. Life is so short and this world is so big. There is so much out there to learn. My mantra for life is that believe in yourself, stay focused and keep going. If you know what you are doing is not wrong then don’t be afraid from doing it ever. Have faith in yourself and on God. Value your relations and people in them. Help those who need you. Give smiles and spread happiness as much you can and it will come back to you in doubles. I guarantee you that it will be with full passion and dedication.”
It was like dream comes to true when he switched of himself into media industry. He designed so many projects and completed them. He produced TV show “Kyon Rang Badalte hain Rishtey” For Sahara and “Murgjal” for DD Marathi. As a production designer he was associated with “Ram Shastra”(Hindi Feature Film for Base Industries Group, Starring Jackie Shroff, Manisha Koirala),
“Lahu Ke do Rang” (Hindi Feature Film for A G Films, starring Akshay Kumar) and “Kartoos” (Hindi Feature Film for Base Industries Group, starring Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff). As a production Designer and Technical Head he was associated with “Yahi to pyar Hai” For Zee TV, “Rishtey” For Zee TV, “Tunne da Tunna” for Zee Punjabi, “Khel Khiladi” for Zee Punjabi,
“Sangharsh” for B4U and “Club Ten” for B4U. He was the Sound Technical head of the show “Kahin na Kahin koi Hai” for Sony Entertainment television hosted by Madhuri Dixit.
He is a strong leader with the ability to communicate and motivate key objectives to peers and subordinates in a multi-cultural environment. He has the ability to bring out the best in teammates and stimulate curiosity to improve learning.
He has the extensive knowledge of the technical processes of film making and production. He has In-depth knowledge of the methods and techniques of film making and editing.
He is the proprietor since the inception of Aum Shakti Developers. With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, he directed the construction, implementation and maintenance of two projects located in CVD, Belapur, Mumbai. He has the unique vision, management practices, expansion, diversification and management of the organization. With passion for design, he get involved in every project and envision it as if he were to personally use it.
He also founded a milk plant with other hand in Chandod, Nasik and run very successfully the plant.
